1. 七爷 translated literally. I think a more accurate translation would be Lord The Seventh, but the extra article doesn't make that much of a difference. Moniker because he is "the seventh" in rank, and also because - spoiler - of his seventh reincarnation.
2. Here Wen Kexing's "murderous aura" is a tangible "force field" type of thing (made of qi). It doesn't translate well so I simplified it. Which makes me want to remark how much the "Age of Enlightenment" has shaped Western culture. Chinese lit. is full of what the western eye would call "magic" and the concept of "fantasy" reflect delineations that don't truly reflect how these elements are simply part of traditions that were never urged to justify themselves through the lenses of reason.
